You can access a Family Profile in two ways:
Via the command bar – Type a family name or parent name to jump straight to their profile.
From a camper profile – Within a camper’s Overview tab, click the Family section or select a parent’s name to be taken directly to the linked Family Profile.
Family profiles bring together everything you need to know about a household - all in one organized, easy-to-navigate space. At the top, you’ll see key details like the family name, contact information, and account status, with quick actions always just a click away.
Overview
Get a snapshot of the family’s members, account details, and financial overview - all in one clean view.
See all parents and campers linked to the family, including each member’s status (e.g., Enrolled, Lead, Alumni, or Active). You can also review the family’s combined balance, recent activity, and open tasks.
Members
View all parents and campers connected to the family.
From here, you can see each member’s role, contact information, and login status, as well as which parent is marked as the Primary contact.
Admins can also add new parents or campers directly from this tab.
Forms
Access all submitted and pending forms across every camper in the family.
This combined view lets you review, verify, and manage submissions for all linked campers in one place - including form types, statuses, and completion dates.
Billing
See a complete financial overview for the entire family.
Review invoices, transactions, and upcoming payments, or process a payment for a specific camper’s enrollment.
You can also add manual debit or credit transactions for adjustments, add-ons, or refunds.
All updates sync automatically through Stripe to ensure accuracy across the system.
Tasks
Track all open and completed admin tasks related to the family.
You can add, assign, and manage tasks from this view to stay on top of follow-ups or communication needs.
Activity
Stay up to date with every profile change, note, and completed action.
Filter by activity type - including Notes, Tasks, Emails, or SMS; to quickly find the updates that matter most.
Notes
Record important observations, updates, or reminders in one central place.
Notes can be assigned to other admin users, ensuring visibility and collaboration across your team.
Family profiles are designed to keep household information connected, accurate, and accessible, giving you a single, organized view of everything from camper enrollments to parent communication.
