Camp settings is where you shape the foundation of your workspace - from your camp’s branding and contact details to staff access, permissions, and integrations. It’s everything you need to make Campfront feel like home.
Start with your Camp profile, where you can set up your camp’s public-facing details:
Camp name and website URL, which appear to parents, campers, and staff.
Upload your camp logo, banner, and cover image to bring your brand to life.
Add your camp address, office address, and phone numbers for both summer and year-round communication.
Set support emails for parents and staff - these will appear right on their dashboards.
When you’re finished, click Save changes to apply your updates across your workspace.
In the Users tab, you can invite your team to Campfront.
Each user can be assigned a role, such as Admin, Owner, Member, or View Only.
Track who’s active, manage invitations, or update access with just a few clicks.
The Roles section lets you define how your team interacts with Campfront.
You can use preset roles or create a Custom role with tailored permissions for areas like:
Campers
Staff
Medical
Billing
Seasons
Settings
And more
Choose whether each role has No Access, View, or Edit permissions for each section, then click Create role to save it.
Under Security, you can manage how your team signs in and keep access secure.
Enable Google or Microsoft sign-in.
Restrict access to specific email domains.
Set a default role for new users joining your camp’s workspace.
The Billing tab handles your Campfront subscription and payment details.
View your enrollment pricing tier, which adjusts automatically based on your active camper count.
Connect your Stripe account to manage camper payments.
Access invoices, set your sales tax ID, and specify where email receipts should be sent.
Connect Campfront with your favorite tools to streamline your workflow.

Each integration helps you automate tasks, sync data, and keep your systems connected.
In Preferences, you can customize how Campfront behaves for your camp.
Enable or disable gender and pronoun options during enrollment.
Choose whether parents can view session capacities while registering.
These small settings help tailor Campfront to match how your camp operates.
