Communication templates allow you to create and manage reusable email and SMS content for your camp. Templates can be saved in a Draft state while you are still working on them, or moved to Published when they are ready to be used.
Published templates can be applied to both broadcast messages and individual sends, helping ensure consistency across all communications. All templates are stored in the Templates area, where you can create new templates, edit existing ones, and view their status and update history.
