Campfront is built by the team behind Camp Leaders, who have spent over 20 years supporting more than 500 camps a year with staffing, operations, and technology.
When you reach out to Campfront, you're talking to the people who build the product. We don't have a separate support department or outsourced help desk. Our product and engineering team handles every conversation, which means you get answers from people who actually know how things work.
Getting started
Getting set up on Campfront is designed to be straightforward. Most camps are up and running on their own using our help center and built-in setup tools.
If you'd prefer a more hands-on experience, we're happy to provide a dedicated point of contact to guide you through setup, answer questions, and make sure everything is configured the way you need it.
We also offer onboarding calls to walk you and your team through the platform and help you get the most out of it from day one.
Migrating from another provider
If you're coming from another camp management platform, we can help. Campfront has built-in import tools for bringing in your existing data, and our team can advise on the best way to structure your migration so nothing gets lost in the move.

When we're available
Our team covers both UK and US business hours, so whether you're on the East Coast or West Coast, there's someone around during your working day.
During summer and registration seasons, we extend our coverage to include weekends, because we know those are the busiest times for your camp.
Response times
We aim to respond to all support requests within 1 hour during business hours. Most of the time it's quicker than that.

Our help center at help.campfront.com has articles covering everything from initial setup to advanced features. If you can't find what you're looking for, just ask us via live chat or email and we'll point you in the right direction (and probably write an article about it).

Seasonal support
