The Medical section in the sidebar provides a camp-wide view of all health activity across your season.
It’s designed for medical staff and administrators who need to track, log, and review care and medication across multiple campers and staff members.
Upcoming administrations
This table lists all scheduled medications that need to be administered.
You can filter by:
Date range: today, tomorrow, this week, or as needed
Time of day: morning, lunch, dinner, or bedtime
Each record shows the camper or staff member’s name, medication, dosage, and route.
From here, you can:
Mark as administered – record the medication as given
Mark as missed – log any missed doses with an explanation
Both actions capture who completed the update and timestamp it automatically.
Past administrations
This view provides a complete record of all previously administered medications.
You can filter and sort by user type, date of birth, session, or camper group to quickly find the information you need.
Each entry displays the medication, dosage, route, date, and the staff member who administered it.
Medication approval
This section is where admins review and approve medications submitted by families before they appear in the upcoming administrations queue. Each record shows:
Patient name
Status
Medication name
Reason
Dosage
Frequency
Route
Location
Duration
Administration times
From the menu on any record you can:
Mark as approved → confirm the medication and add it to the administrations queue.
Mark as rejected → decline the medication submission.
Edit → update the medication details.
Medical log
The Medical log provides a full record of all health events across camp, from initial triage to routine check-ins. Logs are accessible from both camper and staff profiles, as well as from this section.
You can filter by date (Today, This Week, This Month, or All) to view recent or historical records.
Each entry includes:
Chief complaint → the headline issue being documented.
Notes → full context and detail about the incident or visit.
Vitals (optional) → temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure.
Medication administrations (optional) → linked to existing prescriptions on file, over-the-counter medications, or any other relevant medication.
Disposition → the outcome of the visit — for example, returned to cabin, sent for external review, or remained at the health center.
Assessment location → selected from a managed list you create and reuse across all logs.
Follow-up required → flag the log so it surfaces when filtering for outstanding check-ins.
This central view helps medical teams track care across the camp and ensure every action is recorded properly.
Settings
Require FARE form collection → when enabled, adding a food-type allergy will prompt families to download the standardised Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan (FARE) form, complete it with their medical provider, and upload the signed version back into the system. Uploaded forms appear on the individual's medical tab and forms tab, visible only to users with medical permissions.
Immunization record template → upload your own immunization record template for campers and staff to take to their medical provider. Once completed, they can upload it back into the system where it appears under the medical tab and forms tab, with access restricted to users with medical permissions.
