Medical tab
The Medical tab in each camper and staff profile brings together all key health and medical information for that individual. It’s divided into three sections: Information, Medication, and Log - giving a complete view of their health records throughout the season.

Medical information overview
The Information view gives you a full medical summary at a glance.
At the top, you’ll see a quick overview of conditions, allergies, dietary needs, and medication requirements.
Below, detailed panels capture information such as:
General info (age, height, weight)
Health insurance details
Primary physician, dentist, and therapist
Medical conditions, hospitalizations, and limitations
Allergies and dietary requirements
Immunizations and medication approvals
Admins with medical permissions can edit any field directly, while parents and staff can complete or update their own information from their dashboards.
Each section indicates whether it needs more information or has been completed, helping you keep records current and compliant.
Medication
The Medication tab tracks all medications linked to the camper or staff member.
Each entry includes dosage, route, frequency, reason for taking, and timeframes. You can also log additional notes for each record.
Medication Approval & Status To ensure safety and accuracy, admins can now review and manage the status of each medication:
Approved: Mark as approved once the medication details have been verified by the medical team.
Rejected: If details are incorrect or missing, you can reject the medication. This will notify the parent or staff member to review and update the entry.
Discontinued: Use this status if a medication schedule changes or stops during the camp season.
Administrations of medications are recorded automatically, showing who administered the dose, when it was given, and any related notes. Over time, this builds a full administration history for that person across the session or season.
Log
The Log section records medical events, incidents, or visits to the camp’s medical centre.
Entries include:
The reason for the log (e.g. illness, injury, or routine care)
Notes and outcomes from the visit
The time and date it occurred
The staff member who recorded it
This ensures every medical interaction is traceable, creating a clear and accurate record for each individual.
In short
The Medical tab in profiles gives you everything you need to manage camper and staff health; from ongoing medication tracking to one-off incidents - all in one secure, easy-to-use place.
