Camper profiles

Every camper in Campfront has their own profile, which is connected to a Family profile. (See Family profiles for more details.) Camper Profiles give you a full picture of each camper’s history and current season.

Profile header

At the very top of a Camper Profile, you’ll see:

  • Photo

  • Full name

  • Active season

  • Camp status → Lead, Enrolled, or Alumni

Right-hand side: an Action button appears in the corner of every profile. This changes depending on the camper’s stage (e.g., send invite, enroll, archive).

Quick details

Directly under the header, you’ll find:

  • Age

  • Gender & pronouns (if enabled in Preferences)

  • Camper group

  • Bunk

  • State

Tabs & sections

Camper profiles bring together everything you need to know about a camper — all in one organized, easy-to-navigate space. At the top, you’ll see key details like their name, age, gender, and current season status, with quick actions always just a click away.

Overview

Get a snapshot of the camper’s current season, open tasks, and family connections — all in one clean view.

Personal

View essential details including contact information, season history, and education background.

Contacts

Quickly access linked family members and emergency contacts.

Medical

Review the medical summary of the camper, including any related administrations or medical visit logs.

Forms

Access all submitted and pending camper forms. From here, you can review their forms and verify, edit or request changes to the submissions from the parents.

Billing

See payments, deposits, and balances reflected automatically for full financial transparency around the camper's season enrollment fees.

Tasks

Track assigned and completed tasks related to the camper.

Activity

Stay up to date with every profile change, note, and completed action.

Notes

Record observations, updates, or reminders in one central place.
