Managing your seasons

Think of Seasons as your camp year - they control when families and staff can jump in. Only one season can run the show at a time, and that season becomes the default across your whole system.

Viewing season settings

Head to Seasons in the navigation to see which season is active and manage its settings.

Activating a season

Want to switch gears into a new season?

  • Set the season to active and it becomes the default everywhere.

  • Remember: only one can be active at once, so when you flip it on, the old one takes a step back.

Family sign up

Controls whether families can register interest for camp this season.

  • Enabled → families can fill out the lead capture form.

  • Disabled → they’ll see a holding message if they try the link.

You’ll also get a direct Family sign up URL you can share.

Staff interest form

Same deal, but for prospective staff.

  • Enabled → staff can register their interest.

  • Disabled → the link shows a holding message instead.

And yep, there’s a dedicated Staff interest form URL for sharing.

Deleting a season

Need to clear one out? Delete permanently removes the season and all its settings.

Use with caution: Once it’s gone, it’s gone for good!
