Campfront generates invoices and receipts for your enrollment payments, giving families clear documentation of what they owe and what they've paid.

Invoices
An invoice provides a breakdown of the charges associated with an enrollment - including session fees, add-ons, discounts, and any surcharges. Invoices reflect the current state of the enrollment's billing and update as changes are made.
To view an invoice, open an enrollment profile and navigate to the Billing tab. From there, you can view or download the invoice.
Invoices can also be accessed from the family's billing section, which shows a consolidated view across all of their enrollments.
Receipts
Receipts are generated for completed payments. Each receipt confirms the amount paid, the payment method, and the date of the transaction.
Receipts are available from the same billing areas - either on the individual enrollment or through the family billing view.
Sharing with families
Both invoices and receipts can be downloaded as PDFs and shared with families. Families can also access their own billing information, including invoices and receipts, through the parent portal.
