Staff profiles
Staff profiles provide a complete, connected view of each team member’s journey — from application to arrival. With personal details, job information, medical data, and admin tools all in one place, they make it simple to manage every step of the staff experience — and can be assigned to a specific admin user for easier team management.

Early view (Applied/Shortlisted)
When a staff member first applies, their profile shows a simplified view focused on their initial application details.
Information: Displays basic personal and contact details, along with any data from their job application. You can also add tags to help with filtering and organization.
Tasks: Create or track actions related to their application, such as follow-ups or interview reminders.
Activity: Review recent updates, form completions, or admin interactions. Use the add (+) button to manually log external phone calls to maintain a complete communication history.
Notes: Keep internal comments or reminders shared across your team. Pin or flag important notes to keep them at the top of the section and visible in a Pinned Notes panel on the Overview page.
This view keeps things streamlined while you review applications before moving candidates further in the hiring process.
Full view (Offered, Contracted, Hired)
Once a staff member has progressed, for example, after being offered or accepting a position, their profile expands to include full job and seasonal details.
Overview: Displays contract type, staff type, agency, start and end dates, and account status, giving you a quick summary of their employment at camp.
Information: Includes job role details such as department, role, job title, salary, and any additional compensation and recruitment fees. A separate Contracts & offer details panel shows a snapshot of what was sent to the staff member, with quick actions to resend, set expiry dates, or void directly from the profile.
Contacts: Lists emergency contacts linked to their staff record.
Medical: Shows medical information, including conditions, medications, and visit logs, once the staff member has completed these details in their portal.
Forms: Displays all submitted and pending forms assigned to that staff member. You can verify, request edits, or add files directly from here.
Tasks, Activity & Notes: Continue to manage internal actions, track profile updates, and record notes in one place.
