Staffing board
The staffing board gives you a visual overview of your team structure - tracking open roles, filled positions, and team diversity across departments. It is the go-to place for understanding where your staffing stands at a glance.

How staff appear on the board
Staff members become visible on the staffing board once they have been assigned a role and department. This typically happens during the offer or contract step, so new applicants will not appear until they have progressed through your pipeline.
Managing departments
Departments represent the teams or areas of your camp. You can add new departments and configure each one with a name for internal use. If you want the department to appear on your public-facing staffing interest form, toggle Show on public staffing interest form and set a public name and public description that prospective staff will see.
Managing roles
Roles sit within departments and represent individual positions. Each role can have a gender requirement assigned to it, which helps you track and plan for team composition needs.
Tracking and insights
The staffing board provides a summary of your team composition that makes it easy to spot where you stand. You can see total departments and their current status, roles filled vs. open so you know at a glance where gaps remain, a breakdown by gender identity to track diversity across your team, and a breakdown by location to see where your staff are coming from. Staff assigned to secondary roles are flagged with a dedicated icon under additional roles.
Filtering and exporting
Use the filter and search options to narrow down the board to specific departments, roles, or staff. You can also export the data for offline reporting or sharing with your leadership team.
