Your Dashboard

Your dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of what's happening across your camp. Toggle between the Camper dashboard and Staff dashboard using the buttons in the top-right corner. Use the season dropdown to switch between years.

Metric tiles

Each dashboard displays a row of metric tiles showing key numbers and year-over-year trends.

Camper dashboard tiles:

  • Forms collected

  • Bunk fill rate

  • Camper applications

  • Invited campers

  • Camper enrollments

  • Camper leads

Staff dashboard tiles:

  • Staff leads

  • Staff hired

  • Filled/open positions

  • Forms collected

  • Contracts sent/signed

  • Domestic/international

Dashboard panels

Below the metric tiles, each dashboard includes panels for recent activity and quick actions.

Camper dashboard:

  • Recently applied: campers who have recently submitted an application.

  • Recently enrolled: campers who have recently completed enrollment.

  • Upcoming birthdays: see who has a birthday coming up. You can send an email or SMS directly from the panel — select an individual to message them, or use the bulk action to reach multiple people at once — without having to navigate to a profile or create a separate broadcast.

  • CampfrontAI: ask questions about your camp data or take actions in natural language. See CampfrontAI for more.

  • My tasks: tasks assigned to you across all profiles. See Tasks for more.

Staff dashboard:

  • Recently applied: staff who have recently submitted an application.

  • Recently hired: staff who have recently moved to the hired stage.

  • Upcoming birthdays: as above.

  • CampfrontAI: as above.

  • My tasks: as above.

Customizing your dashboard

The camper and staff dashboards can be tailored to show the metrics most relevant to you. To customize, click the gear icon next to the Camper dashboard / Staff dashboard toggle at the top of the page.

From there, you can toggle tiles on or off, reorder them to suit your workflow, and choose exactly which metrics appear at a glance. Your layout is saved to your account, so it stays consistent each time you log in.

Upcoming birthdays

The upcoming birthdays panel shows you who has a birthday coming up across your campers or staff.
