Getting started

CampfrontAI is available from the panel on both the Camper dashboard and Staff dashboard. Type a question or instruction into the input field and CampfrontAI will respond, retrieve data, or take action based on what you ask.

No setup is required — it's connected to your account automatically and respects your permission role.

What you can do

Some things you can ask CampfrontAI to help with:

  • Search and filter camper, staff, and family records

  • Track enrollments and employments through the funnel

  • Add notes, tags, and tasks to profiles

  • Create saved views of your data

  • Run reports on enrollments, staffing, finances, and forms

  • Help you set up a new season, including sessions, payments, and discounts

  • Walk you through how to use any feature in Campfront

Permissions

CampfrontAI respects your Campfront permission role. It can only see and do what your account has access to, and all actions are attributed to your account and logged in the activity feed.
