Assignment and responsibility centers
Responsibility centers let you divide camper and staff management across your admin team.

How responsibility centers work
Instead of every admin seeing notifications for every record, you can assign specific enrollments and employments to specific team members - making it clear who's responsible for what and keeping everyone's inbox focused on their workload.
Every admin user in Campfront automatically gets two responsibility centers created for them - one for enrollments and one for employments. When you assign an enrollment or employment to a responsibility center, the associated admin becomes the point person for that record.
This assignment shows up in two key places: as a filterable Assigned to column in your Datatables, and as a scope option in your notification preferences (so you can choose to only receive notifications for records assigned to you).
Assigning a responsibility center
Individual assignment
Open any enrollment or employment profile and look for the Assigned to field. Click to open the assignment editor, search for the admin you want to assign, and save. The assignment is reflected immediately in the Datatable and notification system.
Bulk assignment
From the enrollments or employments Datatable, select multiple records using the checkboxes, then choose Assign responsibility center from the bulk actions. Pick the admin to assign and confirm. You can also use bulk actions to clear assignments by selecting the unassigned option.
Filtering by assignment
The Assigned to column is available in both the enrollments and employments Datatables. Add it through the column chooser if it's not already visible. You can filter to see only records assigned to a specific admin, or filter for Unassigned to find records that haven't been allocated yet.
This makes it easy to build saved views like "My enrollments" or "Unassigned staff" that each team member can use as their daily working view.
Scoping notifications
Responsibility centers become especially powerful when combined with notification preferences. Head to your Preferences page and you'll see a scope option next to most notification categories. Set it to Assigned to only receive notifications for enrollments or employments in your responsibility center, or leave it as All to hear about everything.
For example, if you're responsible for a specific group of campers, you might set profile changes, medical changes, and form submissions to "Assigned" so you're only notified about your group - while keeping new prospects and task assignments set to "All" so you don't miss incoming leads or work assigned to you.
